The day I picked up my new Jeep, Mike went over EVERYTHING with me, he has the patience of a Saint, honest & knowledgeable, I was so impressed — BEST car salesman I’ve ever met!! This is my 2nd Jeep bought from BOLLES. I specifically wanted to buy again from BOLLES, as I am always made to feel comfortable and reassured by Brian Bolles and the sales and service departments. I love my new Jeep and will be back in the future! More

Worst car purchase ever. Bought a used vehicle, was lied to about how many miles was on it. (Have proof of the VIN number from the day of sale). I picked it up with over 3,000 miles more than expected. They claim they review all these systems before the customer takes possession. Don’t let that fool you. They may have “checked it” but did nothing about it. The vehicle needs a front end alignment, tire rotation, an oil change, and the motor sounds like an army tank. An oil change! They give you 3 free, well when you allow to pick up a vehicle is at 59% for needing an oil change and the last change was due in March you would have thought they would have had the courtesy to change it rather than making the consumer be put out right away for something so simple. Not sure how new cars are coming off their lot, but the used care manager should be fired. The salesperson I dealt with was nice but in retrospect lied to me about the mileage. I picked it up 4 days after making the deal with 3,000 additional miles on it! Hmm. The finance manager was by far the worst. He used bully tactics to try to get me to buy an extended service warranty and had no empathy or resolution to my concerns. So, take this information and use caution if you ever think you may want to purchase from Bolles Motors. I sure never will and I am taking my proof and concerns elsewhere since they couldn’t be bothered with me once I drove off the lot with my piece of …… More
