Last visit atypical. I go to Bolles for my oil changes and minor repair work, the reason being that I do not go for major work is because I have a garage one town over th I go to Bolles for my oil changes and minor repair work, the reason being that I do not go for major work is because I have a garage one town over that has more reasonable pricing. I. always receive very good service. The staff is knowledgeable and efficient. If my most recent visit were my first time I would be leery on returning. When I approached the service desk to make an appointment for a tire rotation, oil change and minor (but relevant to me) additional service I was told I did not need an appointment. I was excited! I expected to make an appointment but said they could do those three services while I waited. 2 hours later they finished my car and told me they were not able to "get to" the additional service which was only to put a window back on the track. I was very disappointed, first having to sit there for 2 hours which would not have been a big deal if they had taken care of that other service. Instead I was told I had to make an appointment and come back. I ordinarily do not complain about such things but since I received the survey I am sharing my honest opinion thank you. 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation combined with the third minor service not being completed when I was told it would did not make this customer happy. More

Oil Change & Rear Strut Repair The oil change and rear strut repair was completed on time with an update from the owner during the process. What was surprising was that a issue I wa The oil change and rear strut repair was completed on time with an update from the owner during the process. What was surprising was that a issue I was having with the transmission was also fixed at the same time. I was not aware of this until I drove the car for several miles and noticed a significant improvement in the shifting performance. I than checked the paperwork and realized that they had apparently applied software updates which has greatly reduced a long time shifting issue I was experiencing with the transmission. Thank you!!!! More
