From Brian Bolles himself, I was greated several times to be sure I was happy with the sale. I was very impressed by that. I was also impressed with the painless process and the professionalism of all staff I was directly involved with from Sean to Daniel (who filled in for Sean) to Ken and Brian. I was treated like royalty and the wonderful part of that is that it never felt forced. At Bolles, it was natural. My salesman, Sean LeBaron was very kind and very patient with my “had to haves”. He engaged me on a personal level that comforted me and was sensitive to me not enjoying the car buying experience. However, while I’ve had good experiences buying before, buying from Bolles was different and was the best experience i’ve ever had. Because of that I’ve had to tell anyone who would listen about my experience, about Sean and how truly great it was. I wish Bolles much success for the coming year. The last time I was at Bolles, I was not greeted with the same level of professionalism and courtesy and I actually walked off the sales floor taking 2 potential sales with me. I was leary about coming back this time but did so on a whim and I was glad I did! Sean was very down to earth, made me feel comfortable throughout the negotiating process and never made me feel pressured to buy ~ he actually made the experience quite enjoyable! We have never encountered a dealership that has this level of customer service. Always friendly, willing to take the time to answer our questions and listen carefully to our needs and desires. Our salesman, Barry Pinto, was extremely patient as we gathered our information and took numerous vehicles for test drives. We made our decision on a Saturday and picked up our 2018 JEEP Cherokee the following Tuesday. All aspects of our purchase were explained clearly and in terms we could understand. The walk-through on the vehicle was very thorough. Although we have not yet needed the Service Dept, based on service for previous vehicles we expect the same great customer service. More

However, Kyle was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and let me go about my lengthy timeframe without any pressure. Once I made a decision on exactly what I wanted he was able to find the perfect Compass in upstate New York and get it for me in a timely fashion. And my Jeep Compass is fabulous! More
