At no time from the preliminary discussion up to the conclusion of the test drive did I feel pressured to lease a car that I did not like. And everyone in the dealership that I interacted with was courteous and professional. And the Finance guy had all the paperwork in order on the day of delivery and worked through the process methodically and in a timely manner. And one of the brothers greeted me at the car to present me with a very nice Chrysler baseball cap and key chain which I thought was a very nice added touch. I had many choices of Chrysler dealers and I am happy I choose this one as they were the friendly, family run business I expected them to be! More
