First experience was great went in for warranty work and they completed it in a timely manner. However, a few days later we had to take it back in dues to oil leak where they did the repair. Service departm they completed it in a timely manner. However, a few days later we had to take it back in dues to oil leak where they did the repair. Service department treated my wife like she was incompetent and knew nothing. I feel the dealer lied to us telling us it was leftover residual oil from the part they changed however the oil I saw was almost new. They kept my car and 'cleaned the area' again. Since then I haven't seen any more oil however again when my wife went to pick up my car they talked down to her again basically saying that she had no idea how cars work and again it was just residual oil. I am on the automotive industry and have been for the better part of 25+ years, old oil does not look like new oil and the oil we saw pooled up by the oil cooler was new. I truly feel like the part was leaking and they went back in and fixed it but won't admit to it and just blamed it on residual oil. Either way the treatment my wife got during our experience with your dealership is one I will never forget. My warranty allows me to take my vehicle anywhere I want for repairs and due to this experience the next time I need any service work done it will be taken to a different dealer. We were looking to buy a new truck this year and again because of the way my wife was treated I will be going to a different dealer when it's time to buy a 2500 diesel. More
Bought a certified Grand Cherokee end of August beginning of September from Ellington. Today 11/4 I picked my car up from service for the 3rd time. One issue is intermittent but my new car will not start and I’m afraid of getting stranded somewhere. Today I was asked if I am pressing the button properly and then told “well maybe you have a Wonky buttton” So now that I have been treated like a dumb female my question is, if this is an ongoing issue I am having and your telling me it’s a wonky button, why would you not change said button. I have had 5 push button start cars and even a dumb female such as myself knows how to press a button and start a vehicle. I am quite upset with this service Dept and would never buy another car from them More

They took care of my Three Recalls without a hitch! After long overdue recalls on my part. I contacted Bolles to schedule service and they looked up the recalls based on my trucks vin number, checked t After long overdue recalls on my part. I contacted Bolles to schedule service and they looked up the recalls based on my trucks vin number, checked to see if they had all the parts available, set up an appointment and rental. The day came my truck was dropped off the night before a rental was provided. The next day Bolles called and said my truck was ready. All went without a hitch. I'm happy that I contacted Bolles for my recall issues. More
