Refreshingly easy to deal with We found our car on the Carguru website, so we went and asked about it. Andy showed it to us and was very friendly and answered any questions we had. oil change/tire rotation I scheduled the oil change about two weeks in advance. I received 4 reminder texts and 3 email reminders. That seemed like a lot. I was pleasantl I scheduled the oil change about two weeks in advance. I received 4 reminder texts and 3 email reminders. That seemed like a lot. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the oil change would be no charge. They found a screw in my tire and repaired it at no charge due to my easy care plan. Marty Lay suggested I get the engine performance service. I was 5000 miles 'overdue' for the service that is best done during an oil change. No one suggested it when I had my car in for service the last time. I was hesitant but agreed. It cost $100. I really don't notice a difference. As a side note, every time I took my previous car for service, it was washed and vacuumed upon return. I wonder why Chevrolet does not offer that service. More
