Terrible, they lie I had an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and a recall. When I got to the service department I was told I did not have an appointment, so I had an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and a recall. When I got to the service department I was told I did not have an appointment, so I made another, I looked at my email and there it was, a confirmation of my appointment, the next time I went I was told again that I had no appointment so I showed him my two confirmation emails and he still gave me a hard time but took my car. They kept my car for a day and a half, I felt they did that on purpose, I will never buy a car or go there for service EVER AGAIN. If I had been a man I don't think that would have happened. I hate that place. More

We bought a car from him and then we're pressured by him and his associates to return it 2 weeks later. They stated that they gave us too much for our trade. They threatened police reports and also showed up to our house unannounced with our old car. We finally had to get a lawyer. The harassment then stopped. Have bought many cars over my lifetime. Never had such a horrible experience. Was worried my husband was going to have a heart attack as the harassment of this dealership was immoral. More
Vehicle purchase Came into your dealership to check on 2015 Suburban. Was not intending to purchase on this date. Had purchased a suburban 2years earlier. Asked for him and explained my wife was interested in looking at new suburban in Diamond White. He offered test drive and my wife liked all the new options. Advised Casey we would be back on another day as we were not ready to purchase at this time, as we were waiting on sale of our other vehicle. Casey said why not talk about price and we can hold the new vehicle. We were able to come to terms on New one and price. Gave him 100.00 down and he held the vehicle until the sale of our other vehicle completed. Could not have been nicer and more accommodating. Picked up new vehicle few days later, This was our 2nd purchase from Casey and your dealership. Went to finance person Chris Rackley and he was just as accommodating. Employees like this are an asset to your Dealership. Will recommend to anyone interested in new vehicle. Thank You More
Incompetent, terrible service department Had the 2011 Chevy cruze in for it's 5th recall in 2 years. Not a big deal, but the heater hoses needed to be replaced (45k miles, mind you). Total, i Had the 2011 Chevy cruze in for it's 5th recall in 2 years. Not a big deal, but the heater hoses needed to be replaced (45k miles, mind you). Total, it should have taken 2 hours between the recall and the re-hose. Every day for the next week we called the advisor, Cheryl, between 5 and 6 times. No answer, no return call. Finally after a week of calling with no response, we get a text saying the car is done, but they won't be covering the rental. Overall they screwed us out of $500 and Cheryl was nowhere to be found when we arrived at the dealership. Dishonest, unprofessional, scamming, 2nd rate "dealership." I will drive an extra 50 miles to go anywhere else. More
Waited forever After making an appointment with the salesman I waited for a long time, as he was with another customer when I arrived. Not a big problem. i did get to look at the car while waiting and met the GM who was driving it. Salesman came back and I told him I was interested and was looking at several cars that day so wanted to talk price. After they assessed my trade I met with the salesman and we talked price. He wanted to know what I'd trade for right then. I balked as I had just started looking and didn't really know. After he asked me several more times I gave him a low price. After continuing to wait for a price on my trade I finally told him I needed to go and he said he would call me. I went to 3 other dealers in the St. Louis area that day and never waited like I did at Bommarito. I got competitive prices from these dealers and ended up making a deal on the vehicle I liked the most. I never heard from the salesman at Bommarito. Needless to say, I won't bother the folks at Bommarito the next time I want a vehicle. More

Only concern was car shopping with hungry twin 4 year Olds is not fun .... process for paperwork seemed to take forever but service was extremely friendly and patient with our rambunctious babies.
