I hate giving this one star. I have purchased 4 vehicle from this place great service with my sales person but unfortunately I wanted to get into a Chevy bolt EUV they did not I have purchased 4 vehicle from this place great service with my sales person but unfortunately I wanted to get into a Chevy bolt EUV they did not have any so I found one at another dealership, but I would go back to Bommarito to have it serviced done so I called for my first scheduled free service check up so the service person I spoke with. She told me that the technician’s recommend 5000 miles even though the owners manual says 7500 miles and because I was over the 7500 miles she said it would not be warranted she told me that she owns a electric vehicle, and so I don’t care what she owns .the place I purchased it from, took it there no problem because it states on the card that was sent to me I have to have it serviced before my purchase date doesn’t say anything about before 7500 miles. I called GM about this What was told to me is not true what she told me.I’m in the process looking for a new truck was going to Bommarito but after this??? More

A Cadillac SUV was listed for sale by the dealership. I made every attempt to get information on the vehicle and wanted to view the SUV. They did not want to upset their VIP by asking them to drive their free ride into the showroom so it could be sold. Total waste of a day with this dealership, unless, of course you some how become a VIP. The rest of us are ???? Why do they advertise vehicles that they will not show customers who want to buy? More

They gave us an extremely high repair bid because they obviously didn’t want to do the work and then couldn’t provide paper work to show department.
