Fast, accurate service while I waited I took my Mazda RX-5 into the dealership for a synthetic oil change, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection. I was in and out in 45 minutes. They did not charge me for the tire rotation since I had bought tires from them a couple years ago (I had forgotten about the lifetime free rotation). They still took my coupon and reduced my overall cost by $10. I appreciate the fast, accurate service along with the honest, no pressure approach to any other service needs at this time. They also ran my car through the car wash! More

Third Experience With Service SInce 2014 Our 2012 M3 is really low maintenance to begin with, but I reasoned we'd do at least one more Dealer service at 100K miles. 20K miles later I finally Our 2012 M3 is really low maintenance to begin with, but I reasoned we'd do at least one more Dealer service at 100K miles. 20K miles later I finally got around to setting it up. The intake process was really well played, no hard sell for any services. I inquired about a 'tune up' to which I was told were not required. This frankly shocked me, but Tyler did say that its recommended to replace the Iridium spark plugs @ 120K so we did that in addition to just a couple other things. I received a call the day of the service, early in the day too, which was great, indicating the rear brakes were 'paper thin.' I'm thinking, oh no, brake job at a dealer, this is going to be expensive. Not so, She mentioned a $25 off coupon off of $166.99. I was delighted. They volunteered to provide a loaner vehicle which was a CX5, we requested a CX9 because we had been looking at those lately, but they were all out. The 5 was very nice and we were grateful for the consideration, which allowed my wife to pickup the M3 herself on her own timeline. Overall, very well done indeed. More
