I called Tom with several questions, over the course of two weeks, and even had my mechanic look at the car before deciding. Tom was not pushy, and was very patient. Also, there were 2 chips in the windshield, and Tom told me he would have them repaired, at a later date. He came through for me within the second week of purchase, even during the Pandemic of Covid-19, he sent Kimberly Consiglio from Restora Glass to repair my windshield, and she did Excellent work! More

The dealership I bought it from on Manchester Road lied to me about having 2018 cars on the lot, threw away my license plate covers I paid $40 for and put their own on and I asked a few days later for some cash and work items I had in my car and they wouldn't even check the hidden compartment where I mentioned they would be. My new dealership is this one in South County and I will buy all my future cars from them. They kept me up to date on my service and were extremely fast. More
