Terrible Customer Service Against my better judgement, I leased a second car from this dealership as they promised me I would get Apple CarPlay once it was available. Now, I am Against my better judgement, I leased a second car from this dealership as they promised me I would get Apple CarPlay once it was available. Now, I am being told I have to pay them over $400 when the feature was what finally sold me on the car. After complaining about this, Sal, the manager, denied anyone ever telling me that, but neglected to return any calls. I decided to go into the store today, but was yelled at and called a liar by Sal. I am sure I lost my temper too, but as a manager in customer service, you don't tell a repeat customer that we're done and to get out. I have never been talked to that way by a business I paid a lot of money to. I would never recommend this dealership and would encourage everyone to avoid Sal here. Unless of course you want to be called a liar and yelled at. More
