Todd Hale did a tremendous job working with me as I just showed up on Saturday asking for him after I received a brochure and his card two weeks before. Purchased an extended warranty due to some past repair bills I have had on some Ford vehicles after 4 year (3 yr warranty expired) - brake and rotors, fuel pumps, clutches ... I am a very conservative driver... no problems with toyota, etc. after 6 years. Like the cargo space when the third row is folded down and styling of the CX9 .. not so much the gas mileage... about 16-17 city so far. More
