I was going to be purchasing my first vehicle on my own and was very skeptical and nervous about the entire car buying process. The General Manager, Matt, was so helpful. He was patient, kind, and made sure to answer each & every question that I had, while explaining with thoughtful detail. His ability to connect with both me, a young adult, and my parents made the entire process extremely smooth. I had a great experience and would recommended Bommarito Volkswagen to any young adult looking to make their first car purchase. I'm so happy with my Tiguan and couldn't have better things to say! Great Salesman & Great Deal! Great Deal & Great salesman! I drove down to Bommarita from Peoria, Ill. 365 miles round trip and very much worth it! I saved thousands! I was looking Great Deal & Great salesman! I drove down to Bommarita from Peoria, Ill. 365 miles round trip and very much worth it! I saved thousands! I was looking at new VW Alltrack in Peoria. Bad experience and not much to pick from. To me their sales manager I dealt with was smug and very condescending to me and with a "We're the only game in town attitude." The salesman Jeff was great but he can't do much with the attitude his boss has. That was on a Monday and by Weds. I bought a car elsewhere! Looked at all the dealer web sites in Chicago,Indianapolis, St. Louis, and Tri-state area. Saw the best prices and the color of car I wanted at Bommarita of Hazelwood. Called them and was connected to salesman Joe Grayson. What a dedicated salesperson! Joe answered all my questions with much knowledge of his product. I gave him my info for trade in and he called me back with a very fair trade in price and sent a video of the car I was calling about. I gave a deposit on the car on Weds. and went down Saturday and picked it up. Joe was waiting for me with all the paperwork ready and car clean and ready for my test drive. i grabbed an in house Starbucks and headed to Marc Gaby's office. By the way he's not Gabby! He went through all the options for me I needed to know and I was out of there pretty quick. Joe then took me through the dealership and the service shop on a tour and we wound up in my new Alltrack where Joe went over all the functions of the car and paired my phone. Joe or Marc never rushed me or made me feel like they didn't have time for me. I'm 64 years old and have bought well over 50 cars in my life. Even though I'm a cash guy where they made very little money on me I feel the Bommarita customer service I received was excellent. I will definitely recommend them and Joe and make that 365 mile trip again. I've read some bad reviews about this dealership but I did not experience it. If some of the bad reviewers would have gone to upper management I think their problems would have been addressed. I have worked retail sales in the music business and I have learned one thing the hard way. The customer ISN"T always right! Some people can't be pleased! Thanks Joe Grayson!
