I found a suitable car at Bommarito VW through Edmunds website. The car was priced slightly above my budget. I called a spoke to George Bussey, and told him my budget on that car. He spoke with his manager and called me back quickly. When I showed up to look at the car, he had it brought around, and let my daughter and I take it for a test drive. We liked what we saw. There was a small issue with the car, which I asked them to remedy (TPMS indication), and they fixed it while we waited to do the paperwork. They found us financing at an attractive rate, which will help my daughter to establish a credit rating. I have purchased quite a few cars, and my experience with George and the team at Bommarito VW was among the most pleasant experiences I have had. They had a great vehicle, and I bought it at what I consider a fair price. There was no pressure, and no games. More

What impressed me most is when I called the next day to make sure several things were being done with the new car, he had already made sure they were done. When a problem arose, Bommarito rose higher I needed a used vehicle as someone totaled mine. I was torn between the SUV they had and one at Suntrup. It took a long time to decide, since they were able to go lower than Suntrup, I went with Bommarito. I got my car Friday night but on Tuesday it wouldn't start for me to get to work. I was so upset. I called the dealership and they sent the used car service manager out to rescue me and look over the car. They even got me a rental so I could get to work for the rest of my shift. They took care of the problem, were very courteous, and even topped off the tank of gas. It's how a business handles a problem that really shows you what they are made of. I will be back when my husband needs a new vehicle! More
