He greeted me with the most kindful, professional & observant behavior I've ever seen as a service professional in the automotive service industry. I was truly amazed at how he listen to my every word & every problem that I had with my vehicle. Just to summarize part of it - my transmission was bad, I had bad bushings, CV boot, the battery was bad, my poor car needed a lot of work! The warranty I have only covered a used transmission however, Mark Reader, the service manager contacted Volkwagon and upgraded to a brand-new transmission! The service manager went above and beyond the call of duty to replace so many things including a brand new transmission, battery, cv boot and more on my 2008 Passat! My car now drives, truly, like a brand-new car again! The service was fast, friendly, honest, and priced fairly. Most important, my car was fixed right the first time. I would highly recommend the Bommarito Volkswagen in Hazelwood, Missouri for your repairs. And if ever you consider making a vehicle purchase go there. Within a few minutes we asked Marc to show us a couple other models because the car prepared seemed to be too much a base model, but exactly what we asked for. We hadn't realized we were interested in other options. Marc walked us around the lot looking at other Passats and my wife and I both stopped at the same car because this car sparked our interest. A white one instead of a dark blue. Marc got the keys and both Kevin and Marc rode with us on the test drive, explaining in detail the cars features. We were treated like royalty and they both were very friendly and helped make the test ride not only enjoyable, but fun! My wife and I knew this was the one and after our questions about the car were answered and some numbers crunching Marc walked us over to Gabe Anderson's office to begin the financing part. Obviously those people have not bought a car at Bommorito VW because it was a very pleasant experience. Jay Burroughs was very helpful and honest. I purchased a certified pre-owned and after I drove it off the lot later in the day realized the AC wasn't working. Jay had my car back in the shop and the AC working within a few days and I was not charged. He was insistent that my car be perfect and as close to new as possible and definitely achieved that. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car and a good experience. More

One thing he certainly has done is make me aware that I brought my business and trade-in to a car dealer of high repute who actually practices win-win negotiation. While he made no pretense of our mutually shared goal to negotiate a contract to acquire a new car, his genuine manner and friendly candid conversation about the beetle, the Bommarito company and the automobile business was interesting and created a learning moment in what is traditionally a confrontational sales vs customer interaction. I believe I offered a reasonable and fair offer for my trade in and he likewise recognized it as reasonable and mutually beneficial. There was none of the usual back and forth Hoo Hah I endure at other less than forthright dealerships. Additionally, the web page I visited to review the inventory was what got me to drive 50 miles from Illinois to Bommarito. The Bommarito webpage had a review of how to read automobile advertisements and understand how they can be misleading. Bommarito does not list unattainable rebates and reductions from the MSRP to falsely give the impression of a huge discount when in reality it would be a rare individual who graduated, seperated from the military and competed drivers ed. all in the same span of 12 months thus leading an uninformed consumer to think they were in for a big discount when in reality it is one they could never qualify to recieve. I am glad I met Marc Gaby and glad I went to Bommarito. More
