Above and Beyond Recently being separated from my husband, life has been pretty crazy. During a terrible rain storm I had slid on top of a median and totally damaged my transmission in my Jetta. I called Bommarito and talked with Paul Fix and from the very moment I spoke to him; he provided assurance, excellent customer service, followed up with me consistently on where things stood with my repair. The bottom line is Paul went above and beyond what I could have ever expected from anyone, at any dealership to make sure I had peace of mind during this process. Thanks to Mark Reader who filled in when Paul was away. These guys are AMAZING!!!! More

I am highly satisfied with the service and the service department team.. The quality of the work has been excellent and the price has been reasonable. Plus knowing the work is being done by qualified VW tech is reassuring. The team is very honest, there was a crack in my radiator fan and the team was not sure if they caused it or not, but the replaced it free of charge. Not many shops would do that. They also work with you with helping make the repair cost reasonable and helping where they can. Over the years I have moved to many states and had work done by other VW dealers, with not much luck. This is the first dealership that I can actually say I trust. Plus they always offer a loaner car. I will always bring my VW's to Bommarito Hazelwood. Any new purchases will be made there as well. They're the best in the St. Louis area. More

Extremely Helpful I was fortunate enough to work with George Bussey, and although I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle from Bommarito, I was so impressed by his service I was fortunate enough to work with George Bussey, and although I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle from Bommarito, I was so impressed by his service that I wanted to give a postive review. I initially inquired about test driving a Passat, and George very promptly returned my email and setup a time for me to come by. As soon as I got to the dealership, George met me and tossed me the keys to the car to test drive - no questions asked, no forms, no ride along. He simply encouraged me to drive it hard and see what I thought. I ended up test driving multiple Passats that day, which ultimatley led to a purchase at another dealer weeks later. Unfortunately, Bommarito didn't happen to have the exact model/color/miles/etc. I was looking for at the time, or I would have been pleased to purchase from them. After driving, I sat down with George and he was able to give me more information on Volkswagen, while never once pushing me for the sale. This stands in stark contrast to what I've experienced from other dealers, whose only end goal is the sale. If you're in the market for a Volkswagen, I would highly recommend working with George. His level of service and informativeness will make your experience very smooth. More
