Paul Fix at Bommarito does a great job of showing empathy and helping you understand that some things you can't put off. So many other dealerships make you feel as though putting $500 to 1,000 dollars in routine maintenance fees is ... well ... routine. And if you can't afford to get it done - you shouldn't have bought a decent car. NOT SO with Paul and the Bommarito Volkswagon Dealership. For the price they were asking, my wife and I knew, they were not going to much lower then the asking price. So after the test drive I knew for sure this was the vehicle I wanted. Terrible The deal was ok, but we waited for over an hour just to get into finance. After we had called to try to get stuff done before hand, they claimed they couldn't. Then proceeded to take 2+ hours. This is unacceptable since the deal was already agreed upon. There are so many ways they could have not cost us so much time. We also recently bought a car from another dealer and it took less than 30 mins from start to finish! UPDATE - so nearly a month later, they now claim the bank that financed us got an error and the interest rate is changing (going up) .2% a total of $57 for the life of the loan. So after the 2 hours, THEY STILL GOT IT WRONG and now are telling us we have to go back and resign everything. Worst experience ever! More

Totally responsive, totally professional, totally satisfied! We approached all 7 VW dealerships in metro St. Louis area with the same proposition...we wanted to trade two cars for one new VW Beetle convertible i We approached all 7 VW dealerships in metro St. Louis area with the same proposition...we wanted to trade two cars for one new VW Beetle convertible in the TDI version, equipped exactly as we specified, while also hopefully getting some cash back. As we quickly learned, not one of the dealers had this exact car on their lot, nor coming in. 6 of 7 dealers tried to sell us a car they already had, or one they had coming in, even though it did not match our specs. A few searched for an existing car that was on another dealer's lot in the same VW sales region as St. Louis, but when this did not turn up what we wanted, they tried to sell us what they found. A couple dealers searched existing inventory nationwide without finding a car matching our specs, but these dealers still tried to sell these cars to us any way. Only one dealer...Bommarito VW of Hazelwood, MO...found exactly what we wanted. In fact they found 2 cars. These cars had not yet been produced, but were scheduled to be produced, and each matched our exact specs in every way. However, neither was planned for St. Louis or its region. Not a problem! Marc Gaby and Matt McManus at Bommarito found a way to have one of these cars re-directed to their agency without even having a firm order from us! (This was a car with both high end features like premium sound and navigation, but also a manual transmission...all to our specifications...but very tough to sell if we didn't take it.) This deal broke new ground in many ways too numerous to mention here, but no matter what the obstacles, Bommarito and Marc and Mike made it happen. We took delivery our new TDI Beetle Convertible yesterday (6/20/14) and we are delighted, with the car, Marc, Mike and Bommarito. More
