With this being our second volkswagon, by far, this was our best experience. After speaking with Tony and Paris in the Finance Department and finding the best banking situation that fit our needs, we could our best experience. Jay Burroughs was brought into the picture to helping us select our car. Besides the fact that he knows his product inside and out, what a great guy he is! The sale went off without a hitch and preparation was made for us to pick it up. Jay took as long as was needed to give the tour of the car and all of its gadgets. Most importantly he was so patient with setting up my phone for calls and the radio/ sound system. The car's three month check up was set up at my convenience. Jay did not hestitate to make his follow up calls and assured us at any time he would be available for questions or concerns. Jay was the ultimate professional... And I love my new VW!!! More
