I purchased a new car a few weeks ago. The sales experience was great, the only reason for lower marks was the experience with the finance department. The biggest detractor was after deciding to purchase the vehicle, but then having to wait (nearly 2 hours) for the finance guy. I had financing already set up through my bank, but they really, really, really wanted me to finance through them. They were able to find me a better deal, so I suppose it was worth the wait, but they overrode my objections to them finding financing. They really were dead set on finding a financing deal I would accept. I suppose it was worth the wait, but it was, what I would consider, a long wait at nearly 2 hours. More

My husband and I were looking to buy a new car. We knew we wanted a jetta but didn't know where to begin looking. We went to the Dean Team in Ballwin first. The customer service we experienced was less than pleasurable to say the least. We were unable to go together to look at the car so I went by myself. I feel like I was totally taken advantage of just because I was a "dumb woman that knew nothing about cars". Thank goodness I do know something about cars and I knew they were trying to screw me over! My husband then came to Bommarito. The experience he had there is beyond words. Never once did the salesman try and pull anything over on him. He was treated like a human being. They were straight to the point which my husband really appreciated. I went to pick up the car Monday evening and Geoff was amazing. He explained every button, lever, and knob. Words can't explain how pleased we were with our experience there. We have only had the car for a little less than a week and we tell anyone who will listen what a great place bommarito is. Very well done guys! More
