I had been on the internet looking at the VW CCs. Charlie Gilbert (Internet Sales)and I had sent several emails back and forth. I had three vehicles I wanted to drive and the advertised prices from Charlie Gilbert (Internet Sales)and I had sent several emails back and forth. I had three vehicles I wanted to drive and the advertised prices from Bommarito VW Hazelwood were very appealing. One of the three vehicles was a manual transmission. I broke my ankle years ago and had to stop driving a stick shift about six years ago. A year ago I had my left ankle replaced so test driving the 6 speed manual transmission was a test for me. This particular vehicle was setting on the showroom floor so they moved several other vehicles in order to get that one outside for me to test drive. Charlie had already explained features of the CC to me. There was absolutely no pressure put on me to 'buy' a vehicle. Long story short, I LOVED driving the CC Redline stick. All the staff at this dealership were friendly and I will recommend to my friends to ask for Charlie when shopping for a vehicle. Came back that evening and bought the car. End of story for one very happy customer. P.S. I traded in my Toyota Avalon for the VW CC! More

My salesman, Les Johnson, helped me out tremendously. When I first called, he spent his time on the phone w/ me . He didn’t try to rush me off the phone by telling me that I should just come in and talk When I first called, he spent his time on the phone w/ me . Les understood that I was looking for a reliable car, my first car to own (I came from a blazer/SUV type family). When I texted him w/ a few questions I had about the brakes on the SE, he didn’t text me back. He did one better, he called to speak to me, on his day off might I add, and gave me the answers to my questions. I thought that was wonderful. When I came in to your dealership, at my scheduled time, he greeted me w/ a smile. He fully educated me on the car I was looking to buy and he helped me understand what I was looking for. He compared the SE to the SE w/Convenience Pkg and the SEL. Les didn’t overwhelm me with all this information (and that is pretty easy to do), he actually wanted me to know what I was all getting. Les made me feel very comfortable through this experience. When I was about to pull off the lot in my new car, he gave me the “Highlights” of the car once again and we agreed to meet Friday morning to go over how to set up my blue tooth for my phone and explain to me more about the satellite radio, because it was getting late and I needed to get home. I remember telling him, when I was about to get into the car, that I felt like one of his children….like he didn’t want me to drive away in this car and not be prepared for something. I loved that about him. Believe me, I do not mean anything “negative” about that comment. Everything I have to say about Les and the dealership has all been very POSITIVE! More

After arriving back to the dealership we were assisted to the waiting area and asked if we would like anything to drink. They tried to make us as comfortable as they could while they processed the loan. The loan consultant, Paris, helped us get a lower interest rate on our car loan and was very helpful in describing the warranty and all the paperwork. Overall our experience was very well and we would definitely recommend this dealership to someone else. More
