My salesman, Les Johnson, helped me out tremendously. When I first called, he spent his time on the phone w/ me . Les understood that I was looking for a reliable car, my first car to own (I came from a blazer/SUV type family). When I texted him w/ a few questions I had about the brakes on the SE, he didn’t text me back. He did one better, he called to speak to me, on his day off might I add, and gave me the answers to my questions. I thought that was wonderful. When I came in to your dealership, at my scheduled time, he greeted me w/ a smile. He fully educated me on the car I was looking to buy and he helped me understand what I was looking for. He compared the SE to the SE w/Convenience Pkg and the SEL. Les didn’t overwhelm me with all this information (and that is pretty easy to do), he actually wanted me to know what I was all getting. Les made me feel very comfortable through this experience. When I was about to pull off the lot in my new car, he gave me the “Highlights” of the car once again and we agreed to meet Friday morning to go over how to set up my blue tooth for my phone and explain to me more about the satellite radio, because it was getting late and I needed to get home. I remember telling him, when I was about to get into the car, that I felt like one of his children….like he didn’t want me to drive away in this car and not be prepared for something. I loved that about him. Believe me, I do not mean anything “negative” about that comment. Everything I have to say about Les and the dealership has all been very POSITIVE! More

Joe greeted my husband and I as we walked up and was ready to help us. We knew what we wanted to look at and Joe helped us find the VW Jetta TDI on the lot. After arriving back to the dealership we were assisted to the waiting area and asked if we would like anything to drink. They tried to make us as comfortable as they could while they processed the loan. The loan consultant, Paris, helped us get a lower interest rate on our car loan and was very helpful in describing the warranty and all the paperwork. Overall our experience was very well and we would definitely recommend this dealership to someone else. More

Great price on a great car. This dealer does not have any problems with offering excellent cars at good prices. We took the train down from Chicago to get my dream Beetle, and Chuck was there waiting for us at the train station! The purchase went smoothly with no surprises. Chuck Thomson was very friendly and prompt when it came to purchasing my VW Eos. He went out of his was to accommidate my schedule by comin in on his day off to help me purchase my car. When I first talked to my sales consultant, Les Johnson, I was inquiring about availability of Beetle Bugs. I scheduled an appointment with him the next day. When we met he was courteous, friendly and had full knowledge of every vehicle. He introduced us to the staff we would be working with in the future and we found out we even get free car washes for life. We felt we got a totally fair trade-in value of our mini-cooper. It was the exact price we had in mind before going there. I mentioned we had some extra side mirror covers we left at our house and he even volunteered to pick them up on his way home. Can't say anything unfavorable. The waiting area was very nice and the whole place had a great feel. I'm sure we will work with Les again, since we have always liked the VW product. It is my 6th VW product. More

I never felt pressured at all, and everyone was very helpful, friendly, and eager to get me the perfect car. I knew exactly what car, colors, options, and extras I wanted when I came in, and Dave immediately took notes and began a search for my ideal vehicle. The nearest perfect match was several states away, but Bommarito had it brought in for me within a few days. I love my new car, as it is exactly what I wanted. Contrast my Bommarito experience with a different dealership, where the salesman repeatedly ignored my preferences and was only interested in getting me to buy something that day, even though they didn't have what I wanted in stock. That was the experienced I worried I would have, but Bommarito was absolutely excellent. When time came for my first scheduled service, the service department was friendly and easy to schedule an appointment with. They ran everything quickly and repeatedly kept me updated with progress. While I was waiting, Dave (my salesman a few months earlier) heard that I was in and came over to chat with me for a while. I feel more like a well-loved member of the Bommarito family than I feel like just another customer. My experiences with both sales and service departments have all been excellent, and I wholeheartedly recommend Bommarito as a result. More
