I visited a VW dealer closer to my home and was dissatisfied with the haggling. A few years back I was looking at an EOS as well and did not appreciate the service (at another VW). Thus, I did not have high expectations when driving out to VW Hazelwood that I wasn't going to get a bait and switch type experience. I was positively shocked when I arrived at Bommarito VW in Hazelwood. My dad had spoken with Chuck Thomson over the phone regarding a 2010 EOS. The price seemed to be worth checking out. So my dad and I went to look at the 2010 Eos with Chuck. He was extrememly personable,friendly, and most of all knowledgeable. Never did he pressure us into the purchase, which was great at least for me because I wouldn't have bought the car if I felt haggled. Chuck was eager to help calculate payments for me so I could get an idea of where I needed to be. He made my decision very easy. He even threw in a pen. (secretly I love getting fun pens. :)) The lifetime car wash is pretty great too. My overall experience was amazing and I would definitely recommend Bommarito VW and more specifically, Chuck Thomson, to everyone. He is definitely an asset to VW. More

We had an all-around great buying experience. We knew what we wanted going into the dealer, but Joe made sure the buying experience was as easy and pleasant as possible. I want to take this opportunity to Personally thank the entire Bommarito Volkswagon staff. I must start by saying that buying a new car is not exactly on the top of my favorite things to do list. USUALLY the game that is played by the dealership when buying a new car is sometimes hilarious, yet exhausting. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE. We started our day knowing that we wanted to drive a Toyota, Honda, and a Volkswagon. We have 4 1/2 year old twins boys, so this wasn't going to be an easy task. When we got to Bommarito they were exceptionally welcoming, and accomidating. They offered to take the Van off the showroom floor for us to drive, and allowed us to put pour carseats in the van, and drive it. The dealer that I visited 20 minutes prior, allowed only one person at a time to drive it, and it was around the parking lot. (NOT GOOD!!) The other thing that I want to stress in this review is the professionalism, and Honesty of Joe Kovacic. I couldn't have been more impressed with him. From the moment he introduced himself in the lot, I told my wife, that we will buy something from him. I will recommend him to any of by freinds or relatives that are interested in buying a car in the future. THANKS JOE. More

I was looking for a livery vehicle for my business, and I called about a 2005 Toyota Avalon they had for sale. Also, the price I wanted for my trade in, was also agreed to by Geoffrey. How rare is that?! I was conservative and fair with my price, but he did it without any haggling or banter. My credit was a 625, which is less than stellar, but they got me a 4.85% five year loan with a local credit house. When I drove the car home that night I noticed that the door locks were not working, so I called Geoffrey back and he said I will have it fixed ASAP, when can you bring it in? I was very releived to have him take care of such a problem. My Overall satisfaction is Very Good. If you need a used car, call Geoffrey Sandt. The Internet Manager. Period. More
