I had a wonderful experience with Les. He was very helpful and accommodating. I did not feel like that he was trying to sell me a specific car but that he was trying to find something that would make helpful and accommodating. I went in to buy a new jetta TDI and didi exactaly that. Joe was very helpful and was able to give me a great deal. The process didnt take very long and the car looked absolutly amazing after the PDI was do Joe was very helpful and was able to give me a great deal. A week after I bought the jetta I got some dirt and grime stained pretty badly on my headliner from driving through constuction on my street and Joe had it taken care of and cleaned for me when I brought it in for a wash. Great experience and if I ever buy another VW it will be from them. More

I was wary to walk into a dealership alone, so I brought my bulldog of a dad with me. Fortunately we met Joe. Over the past week I'd been eyeing a cute little Golf and Joe immediately hooked me up with a my bulldog of a dad with me. Fortunately we met Joe. Over the past week I'd been eyeing a cute little Golf and Joe immediately hooked me up with a test drive and didn't try to bs around with upgrades or other alternatives. He was extremely patient when my dad bombarded him with questions and took a lot of care in going over details with me and making sure I understood. Joe is the complete opposite of the stereotypical pushy car dealer and by the end of the process he felt like family. He stayed after hours while I sealed the deal with financing (Paris is a total riot and really keeps all the boring paperwork entertaining), and immediately followed up with me the next day. I love my Golf more and more every day I drive it and Joe is totally awesome. Thanks Bommarito VW! More

This was by far the easiest car we have ever bought! You were the only car dealer we went to this time. Chuck was a wonderful sales person. He informed, but did not push. We would never have thought of buying a mini-van until we saw the Routan. All in all, Chuck provided us with a wonderful car buying experience. AND then, we went to Paris. Charlie was really good, we'd arranged my visit over the phone and email. He had everything ready he said he would and stuck to the pricing he'd quoted & he told me up front about the stupid admin fee that phone and email. I took out a Golf and was happy with the car, we completed the paper work and the whole process with him took maybe 30 minutes. One negative, trade in - the used sales manager was coming to me with terribly low offers on my car and I had to work to get closer to Blue Book trade on it. Either he didn't know what he was doing on this is the Bommarito con. We got to a price I was happy with although disgruntled that I had to fight for fair. Credit process took a long time, unfortunately this cost us our evening plans. So I'd say three things, do your buying with Charlie Gilbert, sell your old one elsewhere and enjoy their space while the credit is being done - maybe take out a CC. Or a JSW. Aside from that it was far better a place to work with than Suntrup and I left not feeling overly wronged. More
