MY WIFE AND I JUST PURCHASED A NEW 2010 JETTA WOLFSBURG ON NOVEMBER 24, 2009 FROM STEVE LAUGHLIN AT BOMMARITO VOLKSWAGEN. STEVE WAS VERY INFORMATIVE ABOUT THE CARS AND VERY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH THROUGH T ON NOVEMBER 24, 2009 FROM STEVE LAUGHLIN AT BOMMARITO VOLKSWAGEN. STEVE WAS VERY INFORMATIVE ABOUT THE CARS AND VERY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH THROUGH THE BUYING PROCESS. THE DEALERSHIP WAS VERY CLEAN AND ORGANIZED TO BE CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. THE OFFICES WERE ENCASED WITH GLASS PARTITIONS SO EVERYONE COULD BE SEEN AS TO WHERE AND WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THE COFFEE BAR WAS A NICE TOUCH TO THE DEALERSHIP WITH A NEW MODERNIZED COFFEE/HOT CHOCOLATE MACHINE. STEVE LAUGHLIN LISTENED TO WHAT PRICE I WANTED TO BUY THE NEW CAR AT AND CLEARED IT WITH HIS MANAGER AND ACCEPTED MY OFFER. STEVE ALSO EXPLAINED ALL THE PAPERWORK THAT WAS TO BE SIGNED IN GREAT DETAIL. HE ALSO PROVIDED MY WIFE AND I WITH A FREE NIGHT STAY AT THE LUMIERE CASINO AND DINNER FOR TWO AS WELL. WE WERE SO IMPRESSED WITH THE WHOLE BUYING EXPERIENCE! UPON PICKUP OF THE NEW JETTA, STEVE WENT OVER ALL THE INSTRUMENTATION OF THE VEHICLE, OFFERED US SOME COFFEE AND SENT US ON OUR WAY. A WEEK LATER STEVE FOLLOWED UP WITH A PHONE CALL TO MAKE SURE ALL IS WELL WITH OUR NEW PURCHASE....SERVICE AFTER THE SALE! A FEW DAYS LATER WE ALSO RECEIVED A TIN OF CHOCOLATE COOKIES IN THE MAIL...I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT! I JUST CELEBRATED MY BIRTHDAY AND STEVE SENT ME A CARD.....SO AS YOU CAN TELL, WE HAD THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE AND WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK TO STEVE AT BOMMARITO VOLKSWAGEN. I went to Bommarito VW intending to buy a GTI and Steve Laughlin made this be the case. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and straight forward. The car was washed, etc. quickly and then he walked me through the various features. I was completely satisfied with the deal, Steve's help, and the friendly atmosphere of the dealership. On the basis of this experience, I would certainly buy another car at Bommarito and will recommend it to any friends that are thinking about a VW. I should add that I had stopped at another dealership closer to my home earlier in the week and obviously did not get the deal I needed to make a trade. More

Dealing with Brad Gilbert, our salesman was a great experience. Very friendly and we achieved a no hassle deal. Out of his control though was the fact that it took 2 months to get the title and paper experience. Very friendly and we achieved a no hassle deal. Out of his control though was the fact that it took 2 months to get the title and paperwork to the vehicle I purchased with cash and many phone calls to the business office. The title was apparently tied up with the previous owner and financing but I was supposed to license the vehicle by state law within 30 days and it was over 2 months from the purchase date before I could pick up the paperwork. Also by that time I had to get the vehicle re-inspected since the inspection had expired. I would expect a dealer to have resolved paperwork issues at the time they are selling a vehicle and if not, shortly after, not 2 months later. More

Chuck took us for a test drive, pointing out the positive features of the car. When we sat down to fill out the paperwork, Chuck explained clearly the terms of the contract, anwering all of our questions patiently. Once we closed the deal and were ready to drive the vehicle home, he made a final, complete check of the vehicle. He made sure we knew how to operate all controls before leaving. All in all, our experience with Bommarito VW in Hazelwood was enjoyable and stress-free. I have told many of my friends about our new car, and about the service we received from Mr. Thomson.
