Outstanding service!, After going to several shops and none of them being able to figure out what was wrong with our VW Routan, we took it to VW Bommarito in Hazelwood/serv After going to several shops and none of them being able to figure out what was wrong with our VW Routan, we took it to VW Bommarito in Hazelwood/service, they told us right away exactly what the problem was. The staff was very friendly and understanding. Brittany / Service Consultant was awesome!, she went above and beyond, explained in detail what the problem was, called us with updates, and had the car ready before the time frame we had expected. She really lighten the load! We had a great first experience at Bommarito, and very much appreciate Britany's help. We were afraid it would cost us a fortne to get out card fixed at the dealer, but what a nice surprise, we are very satisfied with thier service and prices. More

Worst car buying experience of my life! My wife and I went in to buy a 2017 Golf Alltrack on May 18, 2018. We had done our homework on the Internet and had corresponded with the salesman reg My wife and I went in to buy a 2017 Golf Alltrack on May 18, 2018. We had done our homework on the Internet and had corresponded with the salesman regarding the exact car we wanted from their inventory. We live in the Kansas City area but have family members in the St. Louis area so we went to the showroom after driving over on a Friday afternoon. The salesman and the finance guy were very friendly and professional acting. Payment was made, paperwork was signed we went on our way. Monday on our way home the salesman called to tell us that he had given us the paperwork for the wrong car. Everything we had was wrong and nothing to show that the car we were in was ours. It was agreed that it would be straightened out via mail. It took three tries and an office clerks intervention to finally get it right. Nineteen days later the correct paperwork finally got to us. Very stressful experience. More
