They have qualified diesel tech work on my TDI jetta and have always broght it back to be better than when it arrived. Sometimes when I did not notice or report things were wrong. All cover and part of the service they would say. No it is not typical. That is why I went to VW, that is as soon as they put the TDI in a Pasat or CC I will have one of those next to my TDI Jetta. We purchased a VW Jetta TDI from another dealer (they refer to themselves as the #1 seller) last year. When we were looking for another VW Jetta TDI to replace our totaled Ponatic Vibe we could have don refer to themselves as the #1 seller) last year. But, our experience with them was less than desirable; in fact, the price of the vehicle changed from when we made our deal to buy to when we picked it up. This time we tried Bommarito VW in St. Peters. Our experience was as different as night and day. The staff was friendly and spoke to us in a personal manner, not condescending. The follow-up on the sale was personable. We were introduced to the service staff and showed where the waiting room was. Even though our car is new, it is nice to be shown around the service area. I would highly recommend doing business with Bommarito VW. We never felt pressure to buy. It was a pleasant experience. The VW Jetta is a fantastic car. It really sells itself. As a buyer, my goal is to get the best deal I can and I've had some negativity making deals in the past, but not this time. Matt and Jacob were friendly, sincere, respectful, and very easy to deal with. They displayed true interest in us, and dealt fairly and honestly. I believe the deal we made was fair to both Bommarito and us. Follow-up calls after the sale to ensure our satisfaction were appreciated. That was a first for us. Since our move to the area over a year ago, we've deal with Bill Buchholz from Bommarito's service department for our VW service needs. Without a doubt, the most courtious and knowledgeable service advisor we've ever dealt with...no baloney!!! I wondered how their sales team would stack up... We were totally pleased.
