Came excited for my first EV, left hesitant after a number of issues (likely common among any dealer as big as they are and moving around that many vehicles), drove back to explain my concerns, and aft number of issues (likely common among any dealer as big as they are and moving around that many vehicles), drove back to explain my concerns, and after some expected haggling (no one wants to lose money, and I think my worries were moreover a result of moving so many cars), everything I would have made expected from a dealership was found, and I'm now leaving knowing this is the car I'll be driving around for the next five years. There were ZERO issues with the primary salesman Luciano Delgado - in fact, I feel he went above and beyond to make sure I was completely happy with the purchase, and spent a good amount of extra time even after hours addressing my concerns - the same that the floor manager was COMPLETELY reasonable given the situation and not having prior knowledge of the sale. Additional salesmen named Daniel and (I believe) Matthew sat with me (dealing with pouring rain beforehand) for a solid half hour each to go over all the specs/controls, as Tesla's have enough options to take you to Mars. Grateful for the attentiveness. One has to extra skeptical in the age of the Internet, but I tell you as someone whose father had a small dealership decades before I was born - and as a result, I've personally delivered many wholesale vehicles to the #1 dealer in my small state of birth, ignoring all the others and steps in between the years - that this a place you can feel comfortable buying a vehicle (good dealer fees, helpful finance dept, clean building, amenities, etc.), though I'd suggest you go in with someone familiar with automobiles to give it a once over, as they don't seem to be able to maintain as good a view of the finer details as a smaller dealer, which is understandable. 5 stars for service and Luciano's help. 5 stars for the cleanliness of the building. 5 stars for the buying process. Only diminished review (a constructive one, though it's not losing me any money): (A LOT) of people of standing around doing nothing. First time walking in, it feels like 5 guys could have rolled out a red carpet for you just to have something to do and at no loss to the dealer. Instead, you sort of had to ask around a few times, though everyone during that time was considerate and pleasant. I've seen dealerships of every size (in front in back and all in betwen), and besides the waste not affecting me, I would recommend this place for your next vehicle, and am pleased with my purchase. If remembered, I will do an update to this in a year. - Good luck out there Florida More

I came to this place to buy a car worth $13,990, with a down payment of $4,000. And I was supposed to pay $355 for 60 months. They're shameless, because the advertised price isn't listed on the contract, a down payment of $4,000. And I was supposed to pay $355 for 60 months. They're shameless, because the advertised price isn't listed on the contract, and when it came time to finance the car, the price jumped to $19,709.85 for a 2018 car. Also, I asked for a paper contract, and they didn't give it to me either, for environmental reasons. But when people don't have a computer, like me, they're screwed. The idea is that as long as you have access to the contract, you've already paid the first installment and there's no turning back. Don't go there, they'll steal your money! The salesman, Luis, assured me that the financing would be set at $17,000, based on my down payment of $2,500. So, I don't understand why the financing price increased by more than $5,000. They talk to you, they envelop you and they pay you, and the financier Cristian contributed to this, telling me that he was going to calculate the payments in 60 months, because 72 was a lot, and after I accepted, without informing me, he modified the contract as he wanted. Llegué a este lugar para comprar un carro de un valor de $13,990, dando un down payement de $4000. Y se suponía que iba a pagar $355, por 60 meses.
