I went for my routine oil change and tire rotation on 02/23/2026. Although I had made an appointment in advance, I ended up waiting 3 and a half hours. I was exhausted and didn't even realize that nobody 02/23/2026. Although I had made an appointment in advance, I ended up waiting 3 and a half hours. I was exhausted and didn't even realize that nobody gave me a receipt. I didn't pay anything because of the long wait. The next day, I noticed that my windshield washer pump was not working. I returned yesterday (03/16) with an appointment for 4.30 pm, and -surprise!!! I left at 8.29 pm without the issue being fixed!!!!!!!!!! They said the small parts needed to propel the water weren’t available. Four hours wasted just to hear that. INSANE! I felt mistreated, frustrated and honestly a bit fooled. The service was unacceptable, and I am concerned about how this place operates. More
