It was an abysmal experience. Only two pictures of their 2016 Lexus GS350 are posted. From 11/22/24 to 11/30/24 I contacted the dealer through car gurus by email three times and r Only two pictures of their 2016 Lexus GS350 are posted. From 11/22/24 to 11/30/24 I contacted the dealer through car gurus by email three times and received what I later found to have been auto-generated emails with no follow-up from a live person. I called the dealership, and they took my info and said their internet person would contact me but never did. I called again and spoke with F.C. They sent me a written estimate, which included the following bogus charges: $999 doc fee, $399 electronic filing fee, and $1512 dealer fee added to all cars. Per the salesperson, "This is needed to keep the lights on." So, this was a hard pass, and we bought the car from another dealership in CA. More
