Dont trust what they say. Everything went well with price negotiation on a new Silverado. The problem was in the Finance department. Javier Bownin in Finance department added Everything went well with price negotiation on a new Silverado. The problem was in the Finance department. Javier Bownin in Finance department added $5,000 of additional warranties to the final price. When he asked us we told him we did not want any extra warranties. When we looked over are paper work we found the additional warranties , I called him and I told him that we had told him that we didn't want does extra warranties. He said that he explained and that we signed for it. I asked him if I could have them removed and he told me that he did not recommended it. He also said that when I refinanced I could cancel it and they would return some of it. When I called GM they told me that I had to go to the dealer to have it canceled. Javier Bownin did not tell me this , it seems that he did not want me to cancel so he could get his bonus off me. Make sure if you buy there don't do paper work with him and make sure before you sign look carefully ask over and over that the price that you agreed on is correct. This was suppose to be a happy day for me , it turn be a nightmare. More
