I picked this service center because it had the best reviews, so I figured I’d give it a try—and I definitely don’t regret it! I had to drive all the way from Key West since the service center there suc reviews, so I figured I’d give it a try—and I definitely don’t regret it! I had to drive all the way from Key West since the service center there sucks, and I needed my car fixed fast. They didn’t make me wait long to figure out what was wrong with my car. Since I had to get back to Key West for work and couldn’t hang around, they gave me a loaner car. A few hours later, before I even got home, they called to say my car was ready! I didn’t expect them to fix the AC and replace part of the exhaust pipe that quickly! Awesome service! ROXANA was Amazing and super helpful! More

Interior issues? 3rd is there any room for negotiation on the price, as I will need to have it shipped to NJ which is more $$. Martin: 99% of customers ask for the total price with taxes and fees before photos or videos. Let me know if that’s what you need, and I’ll send it right away. Thanks. Me: Well, I guess I’m the one percent Martin: I've already sent your information to the Outstate Customer Service department so they can help you. Good luck. I’ve never experienced such a horrific salesman in my 61 years! Proper response would have provided the customer with what he asked for! Basically he was too lazy to do what I asked for! Unprofessional and zero sales skills! If I’m inquiring from out of state I must be serious, guess they are selling so many vettes they don’t need to sell out of state! The dealer principal should be embarrassed! More
