Never going there again! They had my vehicle for 6 weeks to fix a horn and fuel injector failure. I think that 6 weeks is too long to service any vehicle. My service advisor l They had my vehicle for 6 weeks to fix a horn and fuel injector failure. I think that 6 weeks is too long to service any vehicle. My service advisor lied the whole time about servicing my vehicle. I went to pick up my vehicle after 6 weeks and it was covered with dirt and bird feces. Another part that he said was fixed wasn't fix and my shifter came apart. They took it back that same day and fixed the shifter and partially fixed the other part. They also washed it and now I have chipped paint. The service manager said that the paint & body shop would call me within 48 hours to schedule an appointment to fix the chipped paint. 5 days has passed and I never received a phone call. This has been the worse experience I've ever had with a car dealership. I will not go there again More

El vendedor debe conocer mas del vehiculo y tener un poco mas de tiempo para el cliente que compra. El financiero igual para contestar y explicarle al cliente los por menores del contrato. Si el vehiculo es usado certificado pongan por escrito todo lo que le revisaron y le cambiaron dentro del vehículo para que el cliente este tranquilo de lo que compra y este claro para futura reclamaciones. Eso de mandar un mensaje de texto al cliente para dar su opinión inmediatamente compra deben posponerlo para el próximo dia porque el vendedor esta pendiente que le llegue el mensaje al cliente y quiere que uno le ponga buena calificación delante de el es una presión con el vendedor para hacer eso delante de el asi no sirve More
