Poor costumer service specially from the advisors This morning I went to Lorenzo Bomnin Dadeland on US 1 . As soon as I got in I notice a service advisor ( Marcos) talking very negatively about a pri This morning I went to Lorenzo Bomnin Dadeland on US 1 . As soon as I got in I notice a service advisor ( Marcos) talking very negatively about a prior customer. As I start telling him the issues with my truck he asked me over and over like if he wanted me to change what I was telling him. Hour and a half later I went back to ask him if the mechanics road test the truck and he said yes, the truck is pulling to the left.I call my wife wife to pick me up while they aligned my truck and two hours later when I came back he said that they didn’t ha a mechanic at the shop who could align my truck. Thanks good I called Chevrolet and right away they scheduled an appointment for my truck to be serve at another Chevrolet dealer. Imagine this is a brand new truck with 2300 miles with alignment issues and a front end full of rust. And “Mr. Marcos” my truck never went go a road test, when I arrived to the dealer it had 2347 miles and when I picked it up it had 2348. This was my 3rd Silverado back to back from Lorenzo Bomninin Chevrolet and my last one. You guys lost my trust. More

Great! no haggle prices & great salesman Gustavo I gave a 5 star rating because the dealership and all the people I came in contact with were all great! I started out by looking on their website foun I gave a 5 star rating because the dealership and all the people I came in contact with were all great! I started out by looking on their website found THE car I wanted and for the price. I then called the dealer and spoke to Gustavo and he informed me that the car would be ready to go for test drive. Then I drove an hour to get there but well worth it! The place is the biggest dealership I've ever been to!! In the mo th of September that place sold almost 700 cars!!! They have the Best prices!! And service was very professional, friendly and overall fantastic! There was a wait to see one of the finance managers because of such a high volume of customers. My salesman Gustavo did very well in taking the time with the paperwork and explained all the new features and hooked me up to bluetooth. He was very nice and did his job excellent! So go to Bromnin Chevrolet u won't be sorry! More

Service Dept Customer Service is terrible! I am only giving them one star because I can't give zero. The customer service at the service department was terrible as usual. I never get a call to tell me my car is ready, I am never given an estimated time, and am never able to talk to an advisor because I am sent to voicemail. This visit's adventure was that they couldn't find the work order for my car. I only took my car back to them because I received a letter from Chevrolet that there is a defect on my model. The advisor that received me made me feel like an idiot for asking questions about the letter and other concerns I had about hot my car was running. The customer service is so bad I cringe at the though of having to take my car in for something as simple as an oil change, and put it off as long as possible. It is a shame that customer service of the advisors has ruined my experience to the point of no return because the actual service that get performed on my car seems to be ok. More
