Horrible after purchase service. Purchased a "new" suburban that had been a loaner vehicle and had 9000 miles on it. Was told the warranty would be 36000 miles in addition to the 900 Purchased a "new" suburban that had been a loaner vehicle and had 9000 miles on it. Was told the warranty would be 36000 miles in addition to the 9000 current miles. Take car in for a leak in sunroof to be told it's not u see warranty. Called dealership. Waited on hold hours. Can't leave a message because mailbox is full and then disconnected multiple times on purpose. Additionally when buying I was given one key and told another would be mailed to me. after a year and a half and about 15 phone calls I finally got my key in the mail. UNPROGRAMMED KEY. So I had to pay the local dealership over $100 to program the key. Seriously. Dont go here. More
