customer service severely poor This dealership was suggested by a coast guard friend of my husband. The salesman that was recommended was Mr. Matthew Price. However, Mr. Price was o This dealership was suggested by a coast guard friend of my husband. The salesman that was recommended was Mr. Matthew Price. However, Mr. Price was out for an extended period and, as a result, a different salesman was assigned. The service provided by West Kendall was horrendous. At one point, our credit union was awaiting the buyer's order. When my husband called to inquire, he was informed by the salesman that he was assisting a "customer." As if purchasing a $70,000 vehicle was not enough to view us as a "customer". The problem may have resulted from the fact that we were out-of-state consumers attempting to purchase the corvette remotely. I even requested to speak with the general manager and of course the internet manager "gatekeeper" would not allow this, and stated in he would take care of the situation. At that point we decided to purchase elsewhere. In the end, we purchased our corvette grand sport from the world's largest corvette dealership in Atlantic City, NJ. If you are looking to drop a significant sum of money for a vehicle and want your customer service to be reflective of the dollar amount you spend, Bomnin is definitely not the dealership for you. More
