These people have no idea what customer service is walked into the floor at 8:55 with an appointment for 9 am, was never greeted just 3 employees, 1 on his phone texting, another talking to one of the walked into the floor at 8:55 with an appointment for 9 am, was never greeted just 3 employees, 1 on his phone texting, another talking to one of the mechanics about the workout he did the night before, and another guy who was helping someone out. I approached the gentleman on his phone and i said 'excuse me i have an appointment for 9 am' , he responded, 'give me a second here let me finish this text' once he finally finished his text all he did was call another guy on the loudspeaker and proceeded to get back to his phone, I then sat there and waited for 45 min for the guy who was nowhere to be found. after leaving my car there i called to ask about the diagnostics ran for the electrical system in my car and they responded very simply 'oh it has to be the battery' i honestly feel that my car was never checked and instead just given a new battery which cost me almost $200, once i got to the dealership to pick up my car, no one checked the air on my tires no one checked the messages on the car itself to reset the battery or told me anything about the tire monitoring system that my car was now flashing on the speedometer screen. Overall bad experience for the amount of money i paid i could have received better treatment somewhere else. More
