Test drive Went in to test drive a Camaro. Waited 10 minutes before the receptionist came out from somewhere and we asked for a salesman. Salesman came out and Went in to test drive a Camaro. Waited 10 minutes before the receptionist came out from somewhere and we asked for a salesman. Salesman came out and asked what we wanted. Didn't introduce himself, name tag said Gilberto, I asked to test drive a Camaro and he wanted to know "what trim level I wanted", and I said I wasn't sure but I wanted to drive the car first. He then asked, " are you going to buy a car", to which I responded, "I don't know because I haven't driven one yet." He the asked, " Which one are you interested in?", I pointed to the Camaro ZL-1 on the lot, and said " I want to drive a car". At that time I walked out over the dealership. Wouldn't buy a toy car from the Dadeland dealership. In an attempt to give the dealership another chance we went to their other location on SW 152 street where we were properly greeted by a salesman who introduce himself and asked how he could be of assistance. I explained I wished to drive a Camaro, as it was my intent to order one built to my specifications. He went to get keys and I waited 15 minutes, only to be informed by my wife that the salesman, Julio, had gone off with another customer to show a car. Two strikes and I'm done. The worst dealership I have ever tried to work with. I owned and ran a construction company for 26 years and purchased in excess of $30 million of trucks and equipment, and never have ever experienced anything close to this horrible service. I wouldn't buy a anything from these folks, EVER. More
