They say that my car need over 3000 dollar in repairs .my car was in perfect condition and they perfectly know that . When Iwent to pickup the car the mechanic said that the car may not work now. Is being over a month now and I decided to pickup the car by a towtruck because my car being exposed to the sun and rain and now noticed that the try to damage or steal the part of my hood. Any way I am a US Army Veteran disabled and don'thave the time and the condition to be dealing with people. My only choice is the court . See you there soon. Thank you. More
Worst Experience Ever Purchased a brand new Z51 Cherry red corvette last Friday. I asked our salesman Manny at 2:00 as the finance guys were shopping us around to different Purchased a brand new Z51 Cherry red corvette last Friday. I asked our salesman Manny at 2:00 as the finance guys were shopping us around to different banks if he could send the car to detail for a cleaning so it would be ready when we were finished. He said yes no problem, ok consider it done. 3:00 asked Manny once again if he could send the car to detail so that it would be ready when we were finished so we wouldn't have to wait, he said sure no problem. 5:00 asked Manny a third time if he could send the car to detail as we were now sitting down to sign all of our papers and he said sure no problem. 5:30 finished our paperwork and now Manny said uh oh we cannot send the car to detail because now it is raining so you will have to wait. went to dinner to give them an opportunity to detail the car especially since we were paying $899 for dealer prep which includes delivering the car clean. Got back from dinner and the car was back from detail and still filthy. They sent the car back into detail and yes as we expected we sat there waiting. This is not even the worst part.....The condenser on the air conditioning was bad and the car had no A/C. Now we are finally on our way home 69 miles back to Boca with our brand new chevy corvette and the A/C is not working properly. We take it into out local Chevy dealership the next day after a very hot and uncomfortable ride home and are told we will figure it out and get back to you. Now a few days goes by and we are told that the condenser is bad and even worse they are on back order. nothing like buying a new car and having it for one day!! It has been in the shop for almost a week now. I am especially thankful to the GM at Bomnin chevy whom i called and he never called me back. I called him the next day and left him a 2nd message and once again he did not call me back. Here is the bottom line....while Bomnin chevy spends a lot of money to make their dealership look pretty they don't spend any money on making sure their cars work properly and they really stink at calling people back. I won't be going back there ever again. More
Worse nightmare I took my Car in perfect condition for recall and now my car is dead and doesn't work . Now, over a month in shop, they say that the car needs $3000 in repairs. All I want is my car working again they can forget about the the recall. I don't care any more .First they said the steering column needed to be replaced and now they add that the BCM ( computer ) also needs to be replaced. They will see me back in court soon. That my next step . Fabian Villarreal said that he just works there and has nothing to do with it . JC Herrera just give me some unreal explanation,different from the mechanic told me before. I just pick up my car in a tow truck and The manager JC didn't even want to look at me directly I'm a US Army Veteran disabled and i hate it when people take advantage of other people. The customer service was absolutely superb and I highly recommend him to anyone with great confidence that they will not be disappointed and probably have one of the best if not the best transactions in obtaining a corvette. service desaster desaster, i went 4 time to change a tire, some part of the service do not know about their job, after they change my tire, my car was kind of painted desaster, i went 4 time to change a tire, some part of the service do not know about their job, after they change my tire, my car was kind of painted with some kind of Spray and they not inflate all tire, even the one that 1 change and pay 350 they not inflate.....after claim, they almost not give me a louner to drive....the folowing day i get back and they take out the paint, even i spoke to JC (director of service) he promise to check by himself the car but tire was neever inflate....disaster as a hole experience and process More

A hassle-free, pleasant experience. I was in the area with a couple of hours to kill since I was waiting for a friend who was at a doctor's appointment nearby. I went to Bomnin Chevrolet on Tuesday, June 14, interested in looking at the Tahoe. I was greeted by salesperson Richard Cleves and after test driving a Tahoe, seeing their inventory, and agreeing on a vehicle and price, we agreed that I would return two days later, on Thursday, June 16, to make the purchase since the salesman was off the following day and I could not complete the purchase at that time. Later that evening I was checking the inventory online when I noticed that the Conquest Rebate for $750, would expire on Wednesday, June 15. I called the salesman, Mr. Cleves, and he confirmed that the rebate would in fact expire on June 15, and he recommended that I go to the dealership on Wednesday so that I could receive the $750 rebate even though he was not going to be there and another salesman would deal with me. I was floored and surprised at the fact that Mr. Cleves was acting in my interest despite the fact that it would cost him the commission on the purchase I was making! I went to the dealership on Wednesday and was greeted by Roly Perez who assisted me in making the purchase of my new Tahoe. Overall, the experience was pleasant and straight-forward with no hassle. Roly was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The finance manager who assisted me, Saul, was also pleasant to deal with. Overall I was pleasant with the deal I got and the vehicle I now own. I have to commend the initial salesman I dealt with, Mr. Richard Cleves, who selflessly acted with my best interest in mind despite the fact that it cost him the sale. More

He tried very hard to get me approved but I was denied due to limited credit and limited down payment (car was a 2015 impala). Roly didn't stop there . He found that there was something I was interested in and worked a deal so that I could get approved for which I did. I left the dealership in a 2015 altima which I am very happy that I got. I recommend this dealership. Ask for Roly as he was very great and will make sure you leave happy. More
