Horrible Experience The only good thing about the whole experience was that they gave me an okay price. We spent hours upon hours at the dealership. They were so slow and The only good thing about the whole experience was that they gave me an okay price. We spent hours upon hours at the dealership. They were so slow and not good at communicating with us about what the wait was for. They kept spelling my name wrong on the buyers order and had to reprint it 3 or 4 times. Each time taking 30+ minutes to get it back to us. I had been to other dealerships and they were so nice and offered food or drinks while we were waiting. Not once did anything like that happen here. We came Tuesday evening and got all the numbers we needed including free window tinting service. The next morning we came in and saw online that the price on the car went down $350. We went through all the trouble of getting that money back since they knew we were coming back that day. They ended up taking away the window tinting service deal they made with us the previous night. After spending 8+ hours at the dealership trying to get a car I knew I wanted from the beginning, I was not happy. I will never recommend that dealership to any of my friends or family. More
