Did I even get serviced? Not comfortable with service actually being done. Unprofessional, mis informative, I drove from tampa, 4 hours away, to sign all documents because they promised me and my wife we were approved. Got there at 11am and at 5pm they told us that they couldn't get us approved right away. I have text from the sales guy telling us that everything was ready to go. What a waste of time, my wife had to put our 3 year old baby girl to sleep on our car in the middle of the day, in order for her to have some rest. I have no words to express how disappointed Im with this dealer, unprofessional, mis informative, and ungrateful I was willing to drive that far to give them my business. The finance guy told us that we had one pre-approval but they could not release the car due to the fact that they did not know what was the speculation on the approval. I kindly asked offered more down (2k more, for a total of 5k) if that would help, but no, he could not really tell me what was the problem. But whats really aggravating was the fact that I asked them the day before(saturday) at around 2 pm, if they had all the finances ready, because i was going to head out next day (sunday) and that all the banks were going to be closed and I didn't want any problems. Woke up at around 4am sunday, and returned home that same day at around 11:45pm. My wife, baby girl and I destroyed because of the 8 hour driving, and next day having to get up 6am on monday to go to work. The level of unprofessionalism is out of this world. More

Did not honor online advertised price Called the dealer about advertised trucks online, spoke with internet sales manager Ed. Asked if the trucks advertised were still available before I made the 75 mile trip down from Palm Beach. He assured us there were 5 trucks at this price. When we got there and showed the sales rep the internet advertised price on thier website they gave us a 20 minute run around and could not find any of the trucks. Pulled up the website again to verify the stock numbers and all of the prices online amazingly changed to $3000 higher. The old switch-a-roo! Bad business practice! All they would say was they had advertised the wrong price and had to change it. Sounds like xx to me! More

He could not believe the prices at Bomnin Chevrolet, so we went down to look around on my birthday (March 24), not really anticipating to buy that day. However, our salesman, Richard Cleves, was so courteous and professional, we decided to buy after a test drive. What an amazing car! I miss my '95, but this 2016 has quickly taken my heart! :-) More

Poor customer service I contacted this dealership about a sales price. Could not give me a price on a vehicle. Andy me to go to the website. Horrible Customer Service in Service Department My complaint is with my daughter's treatment in the service department when she took her Spark for an oil change and to have two recalls taken care of My complaint is with my daughter's treatment in the service department when she took her Spark for an oil change and to have two recalls taken care of. She had been told by phone when she made the appointment that she would receive a loaner car. She was pretty much abandoned after she handed her keys to Fabian and was given a paper by him. When she went to get her belongings out of the car, she asked the gentleman who was taking her car what she was supposed to do with the paper. He didn't answer her. She waited around for two hours, thinking her loaner car would arrive any minute. Finally she asked why it was taking so long. (I would have inquired sooner, but this was all new to her.) Then she was told she was supposed to take the paper Fabian had given her to the Hertz desk to arrange for the loaner car. The Hertz guy told her she would be charged for tolls by plate unless she took the toll device from her car and put it on the loaner car - another little bit of info Fabian didn't bother to share with her. If this dealership is going to advertise great customer care, they should teach their employees how to provide it. My daughter felt very un-cared-for in the service department. More
