Absolutely the best car buying experience I've had. And I've bought a lot of cars! I drove a little over 500 miles from north Florida to Miami. I arrived right at closing time and an employee suggest And I've bought a lot of cars! I drove a little over 500 miles from north Florida to Miami. I arrived right at closing time and an employee suggested a hotel just down the road. I was on a rental car due back the next morning. The salesman, Martin, stayed in touch the entire time and even came in on his day off because I was late! The next morning I arrived early. I just walked the lot until I found the truck I came to buy. Perfect. As I was waiting several employees coming to work would randomly say "good morning. Do you need anything"? Even the mechanics! Everyone so nice it was like being amongst folks you knew all along. Crazy. After the purchase Martin followed me to return my rental. He gave me a ride back to the dealership, in his own car. It honestly felt like riding with a friend. I'm sure this is way too long for a review. But if you want a great buying experience and a great deal. Drive to Miami.
