Oil Change, 13 Sep 2014 Busy morning and Rene greeted me by name, asked if there was anything else I wanted to add to my appointment. The paperwork magically appeared, I signed it and told Rene I would be in the area and to give me a call when the truck was done. Went and ate breakfast, came back and could see the truck was almost done. By this time Rene was covered up, people everywhere and he was "DEALING"! Greetings of the day, writing service tickets and get vehicles out. All with a smile and a subtle efficiency. I feel really bad that I may have the name of the woman who processed the my bill incorrect, I wrote her name quickly as more people were coming in and I'm not sure I spelled it correctly in my haste to get out of her way, Nancy or Lavey... At any rate, she was working as the cashier and we had a great conversation about or children and their travel in Europe. Really nice lady! More

This must be the second time I ever interact with Nancy given that she works over by the cashier / license plate area and as soon as she saw me she recognized me. TRULY BLESSED From the beginning of meeting AXEL TORRENS i felt like a blessing. I had gone to numerous tire and oil change locations the prior day and felt like th From the beginning of meeting AXEL TORRENS i felt like a blessing. I had gone to numerous tire and oil change locations the prior day and felt like they didn't want to tell me basic prices and didn't build a relationship. As a Consultant and managing over 13 businesses during 16 years i always teach on building a relationship and listen to the client. Then give basic knowledge and follow up. I left relaxed in a loaner that Chevrolet/Hertz provide for me, knowing that i would leave that afternoon with all i needed. Axel called me and followed up and even though i had agreed on a basic price , he detailed everything to me so i would understand what i was paying for. Even though they were slammed with customers Axel made sure i was taken care off. Finally at 7 pm it was Axel who stayed and explained the bill with NANCY who was a delight and both detailed everything that was done and why. I felt like i made a friend for life. This is my third CAMARO , and i purchased it at Lorenzo Bomnin 2 years ago and the reason was because the owner took his time and met with me and made me feel special. One thing is saying they should all do that but the reality is IT DOES NOT HAPPEN. I have referred customers to Lorenzo Bomnin to purchase cars even though sometimes is far from where they live. But NOW i will be referring customers to their service department, specially AXEl who on a Friday stayed late for his customer who he met just that morning. Truly blessed to meet people like AXEL specially when we as customers don't always trust a mechanic.... More

Super Customer Service Axel made me feel at home. I got there early to make sure they had time to change my oil. They made sure they took care of people on a first come first serve basis (I was second), and in typical Miami style people would walk in and think they should be first. My truck was done quickly and even though the car wash people weren't there they told me to come back anytime and they would give it to me. More
