Deceptive Practices in the Sale of a Faulty Mercedes-AMG G63 Complaint Details: On aug 30,2024 , I purchased a 2014 Mercedes-AMG G63 from Bomnin under the assurance that the vehicle was in excellent m G63 Complaint Details: On aug 30,2024 , I purchased a 2014 Mercedes-AMG G63 from Bomnin under the assurance that the vehicle was in excellent mechanical condition. However, after taking delivery, I discovered severe, undisclosed mechanical issues, including: • Power Steering System Failure – making the vehicle unsafe to drive. • Camshaft Issues – requiring extensive repairs. • Brake Defects – compromising the safety and performance of the vehicle. • CPU Malfunctions – affecting critical driving functions. I have since spent over 70 hours working with a Mercedes Master Technician to diagnose and repair these hidden defects. The dealership knowingly sold me this vehicle with these existing problems. When I inquired about an inspection, I was told the mechanic had already left but was assured that the vehicle was mechanically sound. This was a clear act of deceit designed to prevent me from uncovering these serious defects before finalizing the sale. Additionally, I was overcharged on fees and subjected to unethical sales practices, further demonstrating the dealership’s lack of integrity. While I understand that the vehicle was purchased “as-is,” this does not absolve the dealership from the responsibility of honest disclosure and fair business practices. They intentionally misrepresented the vehicle’s condition, which is a clear violation of consumer protection laws. More

Absolutely the worst Service department I have ever dealt with. I called Homestead 6 times, Dadeland 3 time and West Kendall 2 times. I did speak with Allen in Homestead who said he was a Director, whatever with. I called Homestead 6 times, Dadeland 3 time and West Kendall 2 times. I did speak with Allen in Homestead who said he was a Director, whatever that means. I had my car delivered by flatbed on Sunday, with a broken shiftier cable. Went in Monday at 7 am to talk with a service adviser Guy, explained I had a broken shiftier cable. He said it would be looked at in the morning and would get back to me. Never happened after 3 call. I went in Tuesday spoke to John the Service Manager explained the broken cable, and let him know if they didn't have it I could get one in a day. Tuesday 12:30 got a call (from Guy) saying it was a broker shiftier cable, it would cost $850.00, $185.00 for the cable, (although I told them I could get an American made one for $130.00), $300.00 for the repairs, and $300.00 for the diagnoses. When I spoke to Allen, and explained I had told them I needed a shiftier cable, what was this $300.00 charge, his response was that what was on the book and that's it. Wonderful customer service. OK, the car is there and I'll have to get it done, but never again. Bomnin is the sponsor of the Sunshine Corvette Club, which I am a member, and I bought my last SUV from them, but never again, and I'll make sure this incident gets told and posted everywhere. I hope the $300.00 is worth it. More
