I had an appointment at with Jose Diaz when I arrived the garage was jammed packed with cars all the way to the street I waited a long before I was greeted and after a long wait I was told to go sit in a off garage was jammed packed with cars all the way to the street I waited a long before I was greeted and after a long wait I was told to go sit in a office and I was attended by a young man name Sebastian. I explained to him the reason for my appointment regarding a concern I had about my truck stalling and shaking and I also needed a oil change and maintenance inspection and car wash . After four hours I was told my vehicle was ready for pick up they didn’t do the maintenance check they didn’t wash my truck they didn’t check for the problem I mentioned to Sebastian now I have to make a new appointment because my air filter and brakes have little life left. I am very unsatisfied with this visit and I was still charged a $102.00 for an oil change. More
