This is the closest dealership to me so I drove 90 minutes for my appointment scheduled at 10am. My car was not looked at until 2pm. It was $300 for the replacement part that from other online retailers only cost around $80. As a finally drove away 6 hours after arriving and $1600 total spent, there was a strange sound coming from my tires, I returned to the dealership where they informed me they had rotated my tires incorrectly. While they kindly fixed that with no extra charge, next time I’ll take my chances getting scammed out of less money closer to my home. I will say the individual helping me was very kind, even offering to help me order food as I had no way of leaving and had been there for a long time. They were upfront about the cost breakdown.
