Bomnin Chevrolet Homestead

I spent $70,000 on a high-end pick-up truck. We were ignored when we walked into the dealer may be due to the way we were dressed (beach attire- it is S. Florida after all). The poor experience started when we had to go get a salesman from the group that was hovering around the front desk to even get help once we found a vehicle that we liked. Since purchasing the truck, it has had to go back 3 times, 1 for airbag alarms going off when I hit any bump and two times for failed braking system. This caused us to have a rental car for a week + which we paid for out of pocket. It was promised that we would get reimbursed- That was a year ago. After contacting them several times and getting the runaround, we still have not even spoken to anyone. We now have front tires that are severely worn on the inside at only 25,000 miles due to a likely bad alignment. I have no confidence in this dealer to take my truck there so likely will be shelling out out of pocket for this as well. I have given them AMPLE opportunities to do what's right, but they keep ignoring me it appears. They did take the time to send us emails about how we missed a scheduled appointment even though we called and canceled it at least 3 days prior, so it appears they do actually have our email. They have officially ruined a lifelong Chevy fan. More
