Process was very clear as everything was explained to me in a very transparent and clear manner, out the door price is also very reasonable as you can expect to play very close to online and dealer quoted prices. Overall would recommend as this was my first time buying a car and I got a 2024 Chevrolet Equinox LS. Definitely stop by here if you’re thinking about getting a car. More

Dropped off the vehicle night before. Called the service department at 10am only to be told that 'they called' at 730 am and left a message. I have no message or missed calls from that morning. According to service rep, the emissions technician wasn't coming in. I had an appointment for 8am which at been scheduled 12 days in advance for this service. Before I could ask if they could recommend a place to get the emissions tested done on a Saturday the service person rudely hung up the phone. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful. More

My son made his first car purchase and because he did not pay the extra for the Bomnin care package they would only give him one key fob. I know that we were told it came with two fobs. AFTER we paid for the pay the extra for the Bomnin care package they would only give him one key fob. I know that we were told it came with two fobs. AFTER we paid for the car and were leaving we were told we didn't purchase the extra package for the second fob. I feel that my son was taken advantage of. The salesman Chris was really nice and helpful and I do not believe this was his fault, I feel it is a poor policy of the dealership. More
