My husband and I were very disappointed at the overall handling of our purchase. The process started out as expected, but when there was an issue with the vehicle before everything was finalized and we to handling of our purchase. The process started out as expected, but when there was an issue with the vehicle before everything was finalized and we took possession of the vehicle, there was no effort made by management or the salesperson to try and work through or resolve our issue. It was unprofessional and handled very poorly, and made us feel like our purchase, although expensive, was not important enough to this dealership to try and make forward actions to resolve anything. In so many words, we were told we were stuck with no options to correct the salespersons mistake/misinformation. We were both shocked at how we were treated in person when we went to the dealership to try and fix the issue. This situation was brought to the attention of the general manager of sales during a phone conversation the next day, and hopefully in the future, the staff and management are trained better to service their customers. This was overall, a very poor experience with this dealership, leaving us as customers feeling inconsequential, which is not the forward facing impression you want for your business. Unfortunately, we will not refer or recommend this dealership in the future. More

Aladdin was one of the worst salesman I have ever dealt with. I understand he sales a lot for bomnin but it is by pressure and not listening to the person buying the car. Several times I threatened to walk away and only than did he help me. I was suppose to meet him there at 9AM Monday morning. He was nowhere to be seen. A young man by the name josh was an absolute wonderful person. If it hadn't been for him I probably would not have bought the Caddy. I inspected the car and test drove it and only than did Aladdin show up very late. Being an out of town buyer time of was the essence. The process was seamless once Josh was involved and the credit manger. More

STAY AWAY! !!!!!! They cheated on the price. Made things so confusing that it was hard to understand the final price. I would NEVER GO THERE. Then they screw !!!!!! They cheated on the price.
