I had a 9:15 a. m. appointment. When I got there at 9:00 a.m. I was told that the car would be done between 10:30 and 11:00. I said "ok". I will be in the waiting are m. appointment. When I got there at 9:00 a.m. I was told that the car would be done between 10:30 and 11:00. I said "ok". I will be in the waiting area. They stalled and stalled and stalled. I was finally let known at 3:45 p.m. that my car was ready. I had tried to check on its status at 11:30, 1:00 and 2:30 each time I was blown off and told that I was being unreasonable and to "just wait" or take the car home. I was in for an oil and filter change, tire rotation, state safety inspection and to have my brake fluid flushed. To say the least I am NOT a happy camper with how I was treated. p.s. I did buy the vehicle from them. Also when I made the appointment I had let them know that I would be waiting as I was to leave on vacation directly after getting home from the work being performed, and that I was meeting up with other family members. I told them when I made the appointment exactly what work was to be performed. I listed all of the above items and was told that I would be in and out in a short time. More

I stopped by this dealership as I was passing by knowing that the general vehicles I was interested in were currently hard to find and often being sold at a considerable dealer markup. Bomnin turned out to that the general vehicles I was interested in were currently hard to find and often being sold at a considerable dealer markup. Bomnin turned out to have a vehicle I wanted, and was listing it at MSRP with a small dealer add on. I asked the salesperson if the listed price was the actual dealer price and he confirmed. I asked a few questions about items on the window sticker that the salesperson was unable to answer, I ended up simply looking them up on my phone later. Sitting down to finalize the sale I am presented with an additional $3,000 in dealer add-ons that were not previously disclosed (were not on the dealership addendum sticker). These were the invisible variety of add-on (aftermarket coatings) and while I trust this was actually legitimate, gave the perception of a dealership scam. The ultimate price was still lower than the direct markups at other dealerships and so I decided to continue with the purchase. The purchase process took forever. While there were a few special complexities that had to be worked out, from the point that I told the salesperson I want to buy the vehicle to the point I was free to go was about 4.5 hours. Some of this was Chevrolet's fault rather than the dealership's as their were technical issues with the vehicle onboarding process. Unfortunately, after all that I accidentally left an important item in my trade-in vehicle (admittedly my fault) and so, without having even taken my new car out of park, I ran inside to retrieve the item. It took about 5 minutes to flag someone down, another 5 minutes for them to find someone to help, at which point I'm told someone had left with the key and I would need to wait for them to come back. I end up waiting another 45 minutes before I can leave (about 5.5 hours total). There is still one outstanding issue. I bought an EV. I was told confidently by dealership staff that Chevrolet was covering installation of level 2 chargers at the homes of buyers. Based on my read of the offer when I finally got home, this isn't quite true. Chevrolet covers the electrical work to put in a wall outlet. I'll still be on the hook to purchase the actual charger. I have contacted the dealership about this discrepancy and they have reassured me that Chevrolet will indeed cover a level 2 charger. I hope to be pleasantly surprised but remain skeptical. I was told by Bomnin that they would file paperwork with Chevrolet to begin the process. At that point Chevrolet is supposed to contact me. It has been over 2 weeks since my purchase and I have not received anything from Chevrolet. I would have expected some sort of automated email when the paperwork was submitted, so my best guess is that Bomnin has failed to submit the paperwork. I really like the vehicle and I feel like I got it for a reasonable price. The people at the dealership seem like very pleasant people and I did enjoy chatting with them, but the overall experience purchasing a vehicle from Bomnin has been frustrating and I wouldn't plan on going back to them in the future.
