Lack of detail and poor customer service. I brought my car in for a service. They removed the tracker and didn’t replace it. I called multiple times and even when I showed up, they “hadn’t I brought my car in for a service. They removed the tracker and didn’t replace it. I called multiple times and even when I showed up, they “hadn’t seen it”. Only when I insisted did someone actually go and look and found it! No apology! They also conducted a state inspection but not an emission test - because we didn’t ask for one! This is a service that should have been offered if they were paying attention. More

Was particularly pleased with staff services provided by. Mr.'s. Aladdin, Jonathan and manager also... unable to remember name but he was needed and was effective.
