We have been coming to Bomnin for several years to service our cars. This year, our 2012 Tahoe failed inspection due to rust damage. We needed to replace it immediately. We were in luck. Chris in service our cars. This year, our 2012 Tahoe failed inspection due to rust damage. We needed to replace it immediately. We were in luck. Chris in sales showed us a 2020 Tahoe that was just what we needed. In a couple of hours, we drove home in our new used Tahoe. A few weeks later, we needed help figuring out how the tire pressure monitor reset. We drove to the dealership and Chris explained how the monitor would reset itself once we had properly inflated the tires. He also went the extra mile to have our tires inflated by the service dept. First rate customer service all around. More

Buying the car was a fine experience. However, since then, there has been very little follow through. Our tags have not arrived (were told DMV was down day of). I have called three times, including texting with the salesman. It's been over two weeks and we cannot even be sure the tags were ordered. Only caring about the person while they are buying the car and not after does not usually have one return. More
